Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size or colour
Items not fitting as expected
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged
There is a manufacturing or printing error
You receive the wrong item
In these cases, we will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund.
To help us resolve the issue, please email us at ariannartstudio@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery, including:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
You do not need to return the defective item to us.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Items that were ordered in the wrong size/colour
Non-defective items
Sale items or gift cards
If your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. However, this does not apply to personalized or custom-made items (which all Printify orders are). For this reason, the EU cooling-off period generally does not apply to our products.
