Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU) only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

2. Order Processing

• All orders are made-to-order through Printify and are processed once payment is confirmed.

• Processing time for each order is typically 3–7 business days before it is shipped.

• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be indicated at checkout.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

• Any applicable customs, import duties, or taxes for EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
